Delivery with speed and care. I think it will be a good idea to have an instruction on how to use the product contain within the package in the future. Took me a hot minute to figure out how the product works. Or maybe I'm just slow.

Always a pleasure shopping with Gladfellow. I have made a few purchases from them and my recent vintage Kreisler lighter was perfect. It showed up in pristine condition and simply needed a flint to get it in working condition. Their customer service is also something I really appreciate. I had an issue with my order that was due to the shipping service basically losing my item. Gladfellow made it incredibly easy to get everything taken care of and promptly shipped me a new item. Not only did they take care of the issue they were really nice and made me feel like my order mattered. I for sure recommend shopping with Gladfellow.
